Rodrigo Avanse
Rodrigo, the founder of Nimble Estate Media, didn’t start behind the lens. With a background in engineering and over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, he spent decades solving complex problems; however, photography was always a creative outlet that drew him in.
In 2024, he turned that passion into something more. What began as a side gig quickly grew as he discovered a love for capturing homes, connecting with clients, and telling visual stories. By January 2025, Rodrigo committed full-time to the business.
Today, he brings a blend of precision, creativity, and professionalism to every project he undertakes. From photography and cinematic videos to drone footage and 3D tours.
Nimble Estate Media is a trusted media partner for real estate agents across Metro Detroit and beyond. Rodrigo’s strength lies not just in the quality of his work, but in the care he brings to each client experience. For him, this journey is about more than visuals—it’s about building something meaningful for his clients, one listing at a time.

Booking is simple—select your service, choose a time that works for you, and confirm your session online. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a personalized confirmation email with all the details. We’ll also share a quick checklist to help you prepare your property.
Photo & Video Session
On shoot day, we’re ready to capture your listing with a creative, professional eye. Whether it’s photography, video, or both, each shot is carefully composed to highlight your property’s best features. After the session, all visuals are edited for a polished final result.
Delivery & Results
Once finalized, you’ll receive your fully edited, high-resolution files via link, ready to download and share. If you need help accessing your files, we’re happy to assist. With beautiful, high-quality visuals in hand, you’ll be ready to market your listing confidently and see real results.
